Sunanda Wong is wowing her followers – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer and MTV VJ shows off her amazing body in a snake print bathing suit. "Everything is a prop," she captioned the trio of Instagram photos. How does the Indian celebrity approach health and fitness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

Sunanda knows that you don't need expensive exercise equipment – and any machines at all – to stay in shape. A lot of her workouts focus on body-strengthening bodyweight exercises. "Squat to crawls, burpees, planks jumps, mountain climbers and bear crawls.. yeah… you bet!" she captioned a clip of her workout.

In the same video, she revealed another exercise tactic: She works out on an empty stomach. "All the fun stuff on a fasted stomach," she added in the caption.

Wong is a yogi. She tries to practice daily with a mini workout. "15 mins of these Surya namaskars can get your whole body sweating," she captioned this video showing off her moves. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Sunanda has a trick for getting herself to exercise: She is results driven. "Fitness will no longer be a chore, once you cross that mental threshold and start seeing the results physically and mentally, it will be absolutely the best gift you ever give yourself," she captioned a post.

Wong has a "no excuses" policy when it comes to exercise. She maintains that consistency is key. "Working on my hands like knives! But seriously though, I try and not skip a workout no matter where I am," she captioned the post.

While she jokes that it is a "prop," in Wong's latest post she demonstrates her love of reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
