KOCH Entertainment Distribution, the leading independent distributor of music, video and DVD, has signed an exclusive distribution deal with New York based Artemis Records. Founded by chairman and CEO, Danny Goldberg, Artemis Records has sold over 10 million records since its inception in 1999 and has won Grammy's for albums by the Baha Men and Jimmy Vaughn. Its current roster includes The Pretenders, Jesse Malin, Susan Tedeschi (Tone-Cool/Artemis), Steve Earle, Sugarcult (Ultimatum/Artemis) and Warren Zevon.

Upcoming Artemis releases via KOCH Entertainment Distribution will include a Warren Zevon album, and a DVD music documentary of Steve Earle directed by indie filmmaker, Amos Poe. Goldberg and Artemis president, Daniel Glass emphasize the label’s strong commitment to their current releases which include "Other Ways Of Speaking" by Russell Crowe and 30 Odd Foot of Grunts, Susan Tedeschi's "Wait For Me”, Jesse Malin's "The Fine Art of Self Destruction" and Jeffrey Gaines “Toward The Sun."
